Dear Chaince Users:
If you can not receive the emails from Chaince, maybe the emails have been shielded or have been removed to the Spam, you can make a setting in the mailbox. Let us take Gmail as an example to show you how to set.
1. Enter the Gmail mailbox, click the "Setting"-"Filters and Blocked Addresses"-"Create a new filter".
2. Input " email@example.com " into the first bar, and click the "Create filter".
3. Choose the "Never send it to Spam", then click "Create filter".
If you still can not receive the emails after setting the mailbox, please submit a ticket as soon as possible, the customer service will deal with it at the first moment.
